Career Rising Program

The Career Rising Program, offered at all Project LIFT locations, is designed for young adults aged 17-24 who are taught workforce readiness skills while receiving hands-on vocational training in a variety of trades. During this time, licensed therapists work with them to address issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, abuse and anger management.

Transforming Lives

through mental health services

At Project LIFT, mental health therapy is at the very core of everything we do. With the guidance of our dedicated team of licensed therapists and mentors, these young people are transforming their lives— building resilience, gaining hope, and becoming productive, thriving members of our community. Our evidence-based mental health services are provided completely free of charge because financial barriers should never stop our teens from achieving in life.

Skilled Trades Instruction

Family-Style Meals

Each programming day ends with a healthy meal where members sit down to eat with their fellow participants, staff, and mentors.

Service Learning

Teaching students to give back to their community is an integral component of our programming. We receive vehicle donations which are used for hands-on auto repair instruction, and then given back to local families in need. Teens also frequently participate in beach clean ups, home restoration projects for seniors in need, and other community service.

Incentive Pay

All members who test clean for drugs and alcohol receive a stipend for the work they complete while on site. This provides dignity and motivation for continued success!
